The Founding Publisher application collects the applicant’s name, email address, website URL, niche, traffic and authority ranges, metric source, collaboration interests, ownership confirmation, and any optional publisher note. This information is used to review applications, communicate decisions, prepare approved listings, and provide private-beta or launch updates. It is not intended for sale to third parties.

Application and account information

Information may include form submissions, account profile details, website listings, private messages, moderation records, support communications, and basic server logs. Once accounts launch, users should be given clear controls for their public listing information and private account data.

Payment information

Applying for a Founding Publisher listing does not require a payment method. Approved publishers who choose to activate the 90-day Founding Pro trial will provide payment details through the platform’s payment processor. BacklinkListings.com should not store complete card numbers directly. The privacy policy will identify the payment processor and explain the billing records retained by the platform before subscriptions launch.
